I ran a program to see which programs I resonated with most that needed work, and this is generally consistent while working through the programs. So if the top one needs work, I can focus on that, and move to the next on the list. So I did a test with IMAGI, and ran the program prior to and after a session, and the results were noticeable after just a short few minute IMAGI session. Intent is a powerful tool used with IMAGI, don't discount it because you don't notice it.
