I made this IMAGI to be used in a 3rd eye meditation I found that assists with opening the 3rd eye. I thought I would share for anyone wanting to do this exercise with me. While sitting with this IMAGI in meditation, feel your body begin to relax. Start at your feet and notice the tingle or pulse in that area, and allow it to move up through your body. When you reach your head, imagine a small white ball of light pressing against your forehead right between your brows. Sit with this feeling and allow it to do it's work. You may feel pressure or a pulse in this area. Do this for at least 20 minutes a day. Continuing to do this every day until you feel a change in this area. You may even feel a pop. The result should lead to seeing colors, geometry, etc till the point when you are able to start receiving visions.
