Am I doing this right?

    Hi! I'm just wondering if I am doing this right. I have a glass of water in front of me hit media prep and focus on the water in front of me. After that I type my intent in and then choose auto glyphs and all of that and then choose the timer and hit energize and again focusing on the water. Is that a right way to do it?

    Also when it comes to focusing on the water, I just look at it and try to keep my focus on it should I do something more?

    Hey Jesper,

    That sounds about right.  I wouldn't worry too much about keeping your focus on the water.  Imagi knows what to do!
