With these, you might try, "cleanse and rejuvenate kidneys," or "regenerate liver tissue," or "cleanse my brain."


It's also a good idea to use "cleanse [whatever]," for a few days to a week, with 2-3 sessions, and then try "rejuvenate [whatever]," for a few days to a week, with 2-3 sessions.
