With these, you might try, "cleanse and rejuvenate kidneys," or "regenerate liver tissue," or "cleanse my brain."
It's also a good idea to use "cleanse [whatever]," for a few days to a week, with 2-3 sessions, and then try "rejuvenate [whatever]," for a few days to a week, with 2-3 sessions. Although you don't want to overdo it, it's likely OK to do more than one at a time. Use your intuition. Keep a schedule of what you're working on and do them all.
