A sample intent, say, for first thing in the morning: "mental and physical energy," or you could try, "for my plants," or you could try, "great mood."


It's important to know that for some of these, treating water and directly applying to the body can enhance the effects of ingestion alone.

 

Bathing - for a relaxing and healthful bath with no particular intent in mind

Cooking - for all cooking water

Drinking - for all drinking water, including for coffee and tea

Great Mood - lift your spirits

Morning Waker – get things going

Plants - plants thrive

Relaxation - unwind, slow down, let go of the day's cares

Shower - a special treat for yourself, skin and hair

Wound Care - cleaning and healing
